The flavour of Sicilian almonds is locked in our pastries, crunchy on the outside and soft inside, they are made with a small quantity of sugar but sweetend with honey, ( Produced by apiculture beekeepers of Zafferana Etnea), with a reduced caloric intake, without additives and preservatives. Whispers of lemon blossoms just melt in your mouth, thanks to an all natural flavoring. This is made possible thanks to the essential oils extraction from lemons. These have been selected from the whole territory of Etna. The fragrance of these desserts last quite a while , thanks to the immediate individual packing of the product as soon as it gets to room temperature.
