Etna - the Volcano - source of life and dispenser of goodness, on its slopes grow fruits that have no equal in the world, and this is where "éTipico-Foglie da thè®" is born.
Ours is a young artisan activity , we produce typical Sicilian pastries and biscuits with love and great professional application. The deep passion for our land and for its traditions have grown up within us. During religious or regional holidays, the family use to gather in the kitchen for the preparation of pastries and we would participated with enthusiasm, from the youngest to the elderly.
After a very careful research of the most valuble and antique artisan recipies, most of these were known and saved by our grandparents, We Decided:
"TO MAKE PASTRIES AND BISCUITS THE WAY THEY WERE ONCE MADE!"
That means no preservatives , additives or artificial aromas.
